Rick did a very thorough home inspection for us, and saved us from buying what would have been a huge money pit! His report included so many details and pictures, I was impressed. We will be using Sabatino Consulting again when we find another house to hopefully actually buy!

David was punctual and professional. David thoroughly inspected the home and wrote the report on sight. In addition to the inspection he gives home maintenance tips and shows you what all of the hidden buttons and switches in a home does. An added bonus- he has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend David to do your home inspection.

If you are looking for a quality home inspection Premium Home Inspections is hands down the way to go if you are buying or selling. The owner Rick is personable, extremely knowledgeable and thorough at what he does and truly enjoys home inspections and it shows. Rick did my pre listing inspection prior to putting my property on the market. Rick found multiple costly things that were missed by the other inspector I used just a few years earlier when I originally purchased the property. Having this pre listing inspection helped me to find and correct issues that would have ended up costing me time and money when my buyers inspector came through. Bottom line if you are buying or getting ready to sell Premium Home Inspections is the way to go!​

Dave recently inspected a home we’re purchasing. I thought his inspection was extremely thorough. He went beyond just reporting problems and included recommended safety changes especially in light of us having small children. He brought a laptop and printer with him and gave us our report right away. The report is extremely detailed, packaged in a nice binder, and includes MANY photos. Dave was also very friendly and has a great sense of humor. Compared to previous inspectors I’ve had, I thought he was stellar and the price was reasonable.

Rick is supremely knowledgeable about housing and homes. We had a great walk through and I really appreciated his depth of knowledge. We used Sabatino Consulting for our home inspection. Rick was timely, thorough, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. After the inspection was complete, he gave me a homeowners guidebook, a measuring tape and pen- a thoughtful touch! And when I had a few questions in the following days after the inspection, he was happy to answer them. We were even able to contact him during the final walk through when we found an issue with the water in the home. I would gladly use them again and recommend them to anyone!
