Home Inspections
Home inspections are an important piece of the home buying process. They help to ensure that you are getting what you pay for and avoid unwelcome surprises. Choosing your home inspector is an important decision that many buyers take too lightly.
Because Illinois law sets minimum requirements for inspections, many people make the mistake of believing that all home inspections are the same. That is not accurate. Many home inspectors will cruise through the home with a pre-printed checklist, fill in some boxes, and hand you a stack of papers on their way out, calling it an inspection.
Premium Home Inspections performs a careful review of your prospective home and provides a thorough inspection report, complete with color pictures detailing the condition of the home you are about to buy. We deliver the results quickly and professionally so that you have peace of mind at closing time.
Additional services to help ensure a safe environment are available. Radon, mold, water quality, and air quality can all be tested. Sewer scans can also be arranged to see what’s down under.
